Marli Williams [:

Hey, everybody. What's happening? Welcome back to the Marli Williams podcast, where this week, I am hanging out with my amazing friend, goddess Brittney King, who just got back from leading her very first international retreat. Brittney came on the retreat retreat this past fall and followed her heart, followed her dreams, and created what we love to call retreat magic. And this week's podcast episode is all about her journey of stepping into the arena of claiming her space in the world as a transformational retreat leader. And we just unpack what that journey has been like for her, what she learned along the way. And, really, we want this podcast episode to inspire anyone out there who has a calling on their heart to create and lead their own transformational retreats. So I cannot wait to dive into this incredible episode with you this week. So let's do this.

Marli Williams [:

Hey, everyone. What's happening? I am super stoked to welcome you to the Marli Williams podcast, where we will explore authentic leadership, transformational facilitation, how to create epic experiences for your audiences every single time. Thank you for joining me on this journey of growth, transformation, and impact. Let's Lead Together. The Marli Williams podcast begins now. Let's dive in. Alright, everybody.

Marli Williams [:

I am super stoked to welcome you back to the Marli Williams podcast where, today, I'm hanging out with my good friend, goddess Brittney King who just got back from leading an epic international retreat, the full body yes retreat. Brittney is on the other side of the retreat retreat. She's back, and we're really here today to talk about retreats, the power of retreats, why we create these offerings in the world, and what's possible for both the participants and the leader when you go through this retreat portal. So, goddess Brittney King, welcome to the podcast. Super stoked.

Brittney King [:

I am so happy to be here. Thank you for having me. Thank you for being my retreat doula. Just thank you for just being an awesome human.

Marli Williams [:

Aw. Right back at you. Well, today, we're just gonna play in retreat land and just talk about your experience on the retreat retreat and then stepping into really saying yes to your big, bold vision for creating this thing in the world. And I know that this has been something that you've been wanting to do for a long time and to step, like, into the arena, through that portal, and to talk about what that experience was like. Saying yes to this experience in all the ways that we have to say yes to ourselves and really trusting the vision and trusting the intuition and trusting what's coming through you to be of service in the world. So I'm curious. How long have you been wanting to lead retreats, put on retreats? Like, how long has this been a a calling on your heart, let's say?

Brittney King [:

Yeah. I mean, it's been a calling on my heart before I even had this business. Before I even had this business, I was trying to organize retreats for my friends. Just being like, let's all go together. That's like more than a girl's trip. It's like a bit more intentional and there's like exercises. So since 2019, it's been on my heart and on my mind, and, like, 2024, it finally got burned. Here it is.

Brittney King [:

It's happening. I appreciate you sharing that because I

Marli Williams [:

think that a lot of people have this idea or this desire to lead a retreat for a really long time before it actually happens or comes to fruition. So take us from, like, okay. I have this idea. I know that there was, like, you know, COVID and pandemic and, like, pretty much world shutting down happening vibes.

Brittney King [:

Let me tell you first. I went to my one of my first really big retreats, and it was a retreat centered around pleasure, and it was amazing. It was luxury. It was in Maui. There was a waterfall on the property, and I had such a powerful and deep and just soul changing, soul alivening experience. And it was just like, oh, this is just pure, pure magic. And I was just like, I I love this energy. I love what's been created.

Brittney King [:

I love what's been cultivated. Like, I'm excited about this, and this was something I've been tinkering with with friends, and we have been talking about it. And, literally, the weekend that we had planned to host our retreat was the weekend the government said, yeah. You have to stay at home and be in your house for for the next year to 2 years. I mean, it didn't say that at that time, but that was what happened. And we were like, oh, okay. So this is this is not happening. And since that time in 2020, I couldn't get the momentum to keep going or actually make it happen.

Brittney King [:

I was in analysis paralysis. Do I do it domestic? Do I do it this way? How do I get people? I don't even know what it's about. All of my excuses, all of my bullshit, all of my reasons for why I couldn't do the thing that I met you. I was actually teaching at camp. Yes. And I was just like and we were friends, but I had not seen you in your full magical self. And, y'all, if y'all haven't seen Marlene, her full magical self, you buckle in. You wanna get in there.

Brittney King [:

It was so inspiring to see what you created, to have, like, 70 women in the woods, like, decorate this whole camp, all of these huge experiences. Women were having such potent results. It, like, it was life changing, and to be a part of it, I thought my own life changed, and it was I got to share my gifts, and it was so powerful. And then you shared, I'm creating this thing called retreat retreat. And the voice inside was like, that one. That's the one. She's your retreat, Tula. She shall steward this baby into the world.

Brittney King [:

And I was like, okay. Okay. I'm say I'm gonna say yes. I'm gonna lean in and say yes to this thing that I've been wanting to do. And going on retreat retreat changed my life. It birthed full body yes. And what it really supported me in doing is getting clear on, like, what was my why? Why did I wanna lead retreats? And what did I actually want to make? Which was the other thing. I felt like I kept trying to make things based on what I thought other people would want as opposed to what I actually wanted to do.

Brittney King [:

I was like, why don't people pay for this, so I should make it this. Well, I don't know if people wanna drive in their car, so I should do this. Like, just making up reasons, not talking to people.

Marli Williams [:

Yeah. Right? And you said so many amazing things around things that get in people's way. Right? Where do I do it? What do I call it? How much do I charge? Who's gonna come? What's it gonna be about? How am I gonna lead it? Am I gonna have other people come, like, support me in that? And how what does that look like? What's the overhead logistics? Like, blah blah blah. Like, you name it. Right? There's this, like, laundry list of all of these things that can be barriers and blocks and stop us from taking action. It's kinda like you said, like, that analysis paralysis. So if you're out there listening to this, you are not alone. That is where most people get stuck.

Marli Williams [:

And this idea of, like, we we don't have to do it alone. Right? The name of this podcast is let's lead together. And one of the things I love is leading groups, and I was like, well, how cool would it be to lead other leaders who wanna create transformation through the means of retreat. Right? There's a lot of ways to deliver transformation. We can do it 1 on 1. We could do masterminds. We can do online. But there is something truly magical about a retreat.

Marli Williams [:

And I think some of us get that kind of the retreat bug going on retreats. Right? Like, if if you've been on a retreat, like you said, you're like you were in this experience in this epically beautiful, luxurious place, and you're like, this. This is what I want to do. This is what I wanna create. And I think that people that are drawn to going on retreats that are in the transformation space, coaches, leaders, healers, speakers, there often is this nudge or this itch to them, like, well, what would it look like if I created my own? And what's the experience that I wanna create? And it's so easy to get caught up in that noise of what will people pay for, where should I do it, oh, maybe I should do it locally because, oh, I don't know if people are gonna wanna travel. The overhead, do I do it at this, like, epic luxury beautiful place? Or I don't know. That feels really risky, so I'm just gonna, like, borrow my friend's house in the mountains or whatever. You know? And there's different, like, risk tolerances.

Marli Williams [:

Right? Like, risk what's your risk threshold, if you will? Right? But especially for people that are doing their very, very first retreat. And I freaking love that you were just like, go big or go home. I'm freaking going all in. And and to listen to that call of finding a mentor, finding a guide, finding someone who can support you through navigating some of those decisions. Right? Because I even remember being on retreat retreat, and it was kinda like we were really looking at what are our kind of nonnegotiables. Like, what are the things that you are looking for in a venue, in a space? Kind of what's, like, the need to have and the nice to have and really getting, like, super, super clear. And it was so powerful because the venue that you found, it was like, check, check, check, check, check. Like, to the neck, to the t, to the t.

Marli Williams [:

Right? So it was like what we've talked about this before, Like, when you get super clear on what it is that you want and you were all in. It's like kind of that the universe conspiring to support you in this beautiful vision. You're like, I'm creating this retreat in an epic place, and it is gonna be luxurious.

Brittney King [:

It is. Will you help me really sink into that am I all in moment? I had been flirting with the idea. At the time, you guys, I had no title. I had an idea of where I wanted to do it. I was scared. I was like, this is expensive. And all these things. And then I went on retreat, retreat and, you know, we're learning things and we're sitting by the fire and I'm like, you know, I'm in it.

Brittney King [:

And Marli's like, well, you know, you haven't put down a deposit. One person has has said yes, but, like, you know, you could just not do it. You know? You could just not do any of it. What if you just didn't do it? And I was it was like this pressure of, like, this relief of, like, hey. Yeah. What if you just didn't do it? And it really created the space for me to remember what my values were and why I actually needed to put on this retreat. And what I found in myself was that, like, this is bigger than me. It's too important.

Brittney King [:

And the work that I do is supporting women and connecting to their truth and their pleasure. And the message I felt was, like, this is too important. The women who are seeking what I'm serving, like, they can't wait. They can't wait. They cannot wait. You've been putting it off for years. Like, what what are you waiting for? And so you helped me get into that moment of, like, why did it really matter to me to do this right now? And because of I got clear on my why, I got to the all in. I got to the Michael Jackson smooth criminal lien, and I put down my deposit.

Brittney King [:

It was 2 descent in my bank account. I put down the deposit on the retreat center, and I was like, the people will come. The people will come, and I will I will figure it out. And the people came. The people came.

Marli Williams [:

The people came, and you figured it out. And you like you said, you went all in. And when we were talking about we had this whole conversation at the retreat retreat around why retreats. Again, out of all the things we we could offer, a virtual program that's like the overhead is $15 a month on Zoom versus like the overhead of running a retreat could be 20 k plus, especially international luxury, all these things. Right? And towards the end of, like, well, why why are we doing this? Brittney said do you wanna say it or do you want me to say it?

Brittney King [:

I I'll say it. It just, like, came in. And it was just like she was like, what's your why? And I was like, this feels like the most delicious way to share my love.

Marli Williams [:

It was like this mic drop moment for everyone. Like, you could, like, hear a pin drop in the room because it got to, like, the essence and the heartbeat of, like, I can't not do this, like you said. And and it is interesting to swim in the know. Right? Like, okay. We have this calling on our heart. We get kind of activated of, like, the finances and the fears and the logistics and, like, who's gonna come, and can I really do this? And then to just be like, well, you don't have to. And then there was this moment where it's like, I can't not do this thing because I know I know I am meant to create this. And I also know there are people out there that need it.

Marli Williams [:

And so, like, kind of we get into this world sometimes, like, well, who the hell am I to give this talk, to lead this retreat? And the mindset shift is like, who the hell are you not to? Who the hell are you not to to offer this gift to the world of saying, like, you deserve to love your body and be in your pleasure and be in your power and, like, to be a stand for people and to have them for you to be an example and to create an energetic portal and space for people to, like, connect to their deepest full body yes. And it's like, oh, I actually can't walk away from this. And that's who I feel like is called to the retreat retreat. It's like there are people that have I'd like to lead a retreat someday, but it's like, I actually need to do this. The this is what I am up to in the world, and this is the calling that's on my heart. So you leaned in hard, put down a big, huge, bold deposit. And then what happened for you? I know you said like and the people showed up. That's people's biggest fear.

Marli Williams [:

Right? Like, what if I lean in hard and go all in and put down the deposit and nobody comes? Like, kind of number one fear, I think, for a lot of people is filling their retreat. So what was that experience like for you after you leaned in, you got back from retreat retreat, and now it's like kind of you have the vision, it's enrollment time. I think that this this freaks people out. Like, the launch, the enrollment, like, who's gonna come? How's this gonna happen? Talk to me.

Brittney King [:

You've empowered me so much to believe in myself, believe in the vision more than the fear. That is what you helped me get to. Believing into myself more than the fear. And so it was like, hey, I have this calling. I put down the deposit. Like, I believe in this. And so then what I got to do was just share, I believe in this thing. I think it's gonna be dope.

Brittney King [:

Do you wanna come? And people were like, yes. Yes. We would like to come. And so, all of a sudden, it was like 1 person, then 2, 3, then 4, 5, then, like, someone's, like, oh, well, I think my friend should come. And, ta, ta, ta. And so then I was sitting at, like, 6 to 7 people. And I was like, this is filling. This is filling.

Brittney King [:

This is very exciting. And, the number I wanted to get to was 8. And I was like, okay. We're getting close to near when we are about to go on retreat. And literally the day, the last day, I had my cart open, someone was like, me. Like, I'm the person. They were like, is it too late? I just heard about this. I want to go.

Brittney King [:

And I was like, yeah. And they're like, yes. I can make this happen. I was just like, okay. We're in. And it was incredible to meet such amazing women who were also leaning into their, yes. I want this experience. I want what it is that you're offering.

Brittney King [:

Like, I've been looking for this. Like, to hear literally people say, I've been looking for this. Like, it was incredible. And, you know, people people can get nervous about, like, where my people are gonna come from. And something that you helped me remember was, like, the people are already on their way to you. They're already on their way to you. So, like, they're already on their journey. They're already on their path that is leading them to this retreat, and just trust they're going to find you.

Brittney King [:

And, like, some of the people met me, like, years before. Someone had met me on a different retreat. Like, I didn't know who exactly was going to be there. There were people where I was like, oh, this person's definitely in. They were not available and other people were like, oh, I just discovered you through this, through your podcast, and I would like to come.

Marli Williams [:

And it's like, again, that idea of that which you seek is seeking you. And if you have this desire to create this type of experience, it means that there are people out there that are craving it, looking for it. You said something that is so, so, so important is, like, your belief and conviction in this idea and how you share so boldly. And, like, I think that you really lead from this. Like, this is what's possible for you. And I think people see you, and they're like, I want to experience that level of, like, power, that level of pleasure, that level of, you know, connectedness and groundedness and, like, connection to yourself. And and so how we share, how we invite, what what is our energy? Because our energy can come from this place of, like, fear and desperation of, like, oh my god. Am I gonna get enough people? Versus, like, 8.

Marli Williams [:

Boom. Drop it in. Anchor in this belief, like, they are already on their way. And I think so oftentimes people kinda come from this like, I don't know if anybody's gonna sign up. And it's this really contracted place of fear and doubt and scarcity versus it's already done energy. So talk to me about that.

Brittney King [:

The energetics are are everything. It's not what you're saying. It's how you're speaking. It's how you're talking to people. It's the energy behind your voice, and I have my own practices, but, like, literally, like a prayer. I use the word obnoxiously clear to those who are meant to be at this retreat that they are supposed to be at this retreat. Because in my truth, I was like, I don't like the energy of having to convince. That's not that's not the vibe that I love.

Brittney King [:

You know? I was like, I just want it to be clear to those who are supposed to be there that they're supposed to be there. And I get on a call with 1 of the women, and she was, like, I guess I should play it coy, But I was at this thing with, like, mud, and all of a sudden, I just saw, like, a neon sign in my mind's eye that was, like, your retreat. Your retreat. Brittney's retreat. Brittney was retreat. And I was like, I she was like, I had no plans to go. She goes, I think it's in Puerto Rico. I was like, that's not where it is.

Brittney King [:

She was, like, I'm coming. That's it. Like, I'm coming. It was obnoxiously clear to her that she was meant to be there. But, like, holding that energetic frequency of what you know is possible. Being a stand for what it is that you're offering, because it is a service for people. It is a service to people. And once people have experienced a retreat, like, you know, the magic that happens there, the transformation, the ahas, like, it's unquantifiable how deep retreats can be.

Brittney King [:

And so letting someone know, like, hey, I got you. I'm a stand for this. I'm a stand for you. And everything I'm sharing is possible for you.

Marli Williams [:

It's so good. I love that so much. And one thing that I saw you do through the enrollment process is get on the phone with people. And not coming from this place of convincing, but, like, let's explore if this is the right fit for you. And I know that you also did something really bold, which was you said, I don't think this is the right fit for you, to someone who was like, I can literally pay you right now. Like, I wanna do this. And as transformational leaders and mentors and coaches and guides and people that are creating these experiences to be so clear on the type of container we wanna create and who we let in. Who gets to come, and not just because you have the money.

Marli Williams [:

And when we're wanting to fill a retreat or fill an event, it's like, whatever. Like, they're gonna give me money. Like, just say yes. But this, like, level of devotion to the energetics of that experience, knowing retreats are really intimate. We're not in a Tony Robbins seminar with 10,000 people or you got one bag of egg. Like, you got 8 people. You have 1 person. It can be such an energy suck.

Marli Williams [:

And so what is this person here to receive? What are they here to give? Well, how will they add, you know, value to this experience? Right? And I just wanna name how powerful that is. And sometimes it isn't just like when we're putting on a retreat, here's a buy now button. It's like, here's a book a call button. Or here's an invitation to have a conversation about what is inspiring you to explore, be curious about this experience. What's going on in your world? What are you seeking? What do you want? What's in the way? What have you already tried? And, like, really getting a sense of where this person's at on their journey and whether or not your medicine is the right fit for this person at this time. In the enrollment space, there's a lot of ways to do it. And for your first one, it's likely that a conversation is the gateway to a yes versus just, like, a sales page.

Brittney King [:

Yeah. I 100% agree. There's lots of ways to do it, and that was the way that felt most aligned for me. And just to be a stand for what my retreat was and how important energetics are to me, it was important for me to really protect what it was that I was creating and have conversations with people really tuning in of, is this right for you? Is this experience right for you? Because there's every individual and there's also the whole, the collective, and we're all gonna be there together. And, you know, it was that moment for me, like, when I felt the no in my body of, like, oh, it's a no. To I had the, like, brief moment. It's like, well, you could just say yes and take that person's money. And it was just, like, no.

Brittney King [:

The integrity the integrity of the container, the integrity of your work, and also, what would that be in service to? Like, that would be in service to scarcity. That would be in service to, I don't believe that the people are actually coming. Like, it was it was really getting dialed in of, like, I know the people are coming. I know who's supposed to be here will show up, and I don't need to say yes to someone who's not a fit for this because who is a fit is still coming.

Marli Williams [:

I love that. That, again, the conviction for what you're creating, what you're calling in. So you leaned in hard, got super clear. The people showed up. They said yes. Talk to us about stepping into the arena of leading this retreat. What was it like? What was the experience like? What was the transformation that people had? Like, for you to have this, again, this calling on your heart for 5 years and then to, like, get to be there, tell us what that was like.

Brittney King [:

Oh my gosh. Yo. It was the best thing ever. It was the best thing ever. It was, like, best day. Best day ever. Mix it. It was just so heart expanding to feel in my soul's dharma.

Brittney King [:

Like, there was a groundedness and a presence in my facilitation that I had yet to experience until this retreat. And I was present in a way that I hadn't been before. I was tapped into source in a way that I wasn't before. I facilitated in a way that I hadn't before, and it was so beautiful to feel like, oh, this is the place. Like like I said, like, this is the most delicious way for me to share my love. I was like, I got to love people in the way that I want to love people, and that way is luxury. That way is boujee. It's high vibration food.

Brittney King [:

It's silk Balinese robes. It was all of the things where I'm like, this is the way that I feel love, and I receive love, and this is the way I wish to shower you with love. And to witness the change in people, to see the light come back into someone's eye, to see someone's little girl coming back online and, like, feeling safe to be in joy, to be in pleasure, letting seeing people, like, put shit down that was heavy, that they didn't need to carry anymore. It was just truly an honor to witness people have such a deep and powerful transformation. And I got to host the space with friends, which was something that was really in alignment for me, so I got to do it with other sisters. And so it was one of the top core memories. One of the top core memories to have hosted and facilitated an experience that one supported and changed other people's lives, but truly transformed my own life.

Marli Williams [:

That's the work. Right? And for you to step into, again, leading retreats is the most delicious way to share your love. I heard either it was you or someone else who got back from the retreat were saying, like, I feel like you're such an example of, like, I get to love myself this well.

Brittney King [:

She shared that being at the retreat taught her how well she can love herself. That

Marli Williams [:

is transformation. You know, when we talk about, like, what is transformation? And it's like someone came to that retreat feeling certain things, doing certain things, believing certain things about who they are, about what's possible. And transformation is taking them through this journey onto the other side and that they are thinking different things, will do different things, and, like, they are a different person in who they are being out in the world when they leave that experience. Anyone can, like, go on a fun trip, and we can have a good time. Right? We can go on vacation, experience some cool things, but are we forever changed? I'm curious. God is Brittney King. For those out here, out there listening in podcast land, they've thought about leaving a retreat. Haven't done it yet.

Marli Williams [:

What do you want to tell the people about the retreat retreat? What do you want the people to know?

Brittney King [:

1, it changed my life, and it can change yours too. I had a dream that I got to witness become a reality. I had a retreat with 8 women who were there, and we all got to experience this massive and beautiful transformation. Like, my business has changed, other people's lives are changed. And what retreat retreat gave me was, 1, belief in myself that I can do it, support with other sisters who are also leading their retreats. Right now, one is about to lead her retreat in 2 weeks. Like, we all got to help each other, so we're not doing it by ourselves. And I got to learn watching other people facilitate what they facilitate.

Brittney King [:

Like, to have an opportunity before you actually go on your retreat to practice what it might be like to facilitate strangers, you know, was invaluable. Like, I cannot say enough about how potent that part of retreat retreat was. I can do this. I can do this. I'm already even in this half hour of leading something, because it's different on retreat. It's different than just a workshop. It's different than just a day thing. You know, like, people sink in a bit more.

Brittney King [:

They've left their lives a little bit more, so maybe they go a little bit deeper. Maybe you share a little bit more, and to be able to be in that kind of container while actually facilitating what you do and seeing that transformation start to take place, it gave me the belief in myself that I didn't have before.

Marli Williams [:

It's so good. I mean, I think that that that's the piece, right, of helping people believe in themselves, in their vision, and having an opportunity to practice. You know, there's all these, like, couch training programs out there and a lot of speaker training programs, but not a lot of, like, how do you facilitate a retreat? Right? And getting an opportunity to practice being in the front of the room, noticing somatically what happens in your body. Like, what are the sensations? What are the fears? What are the doubts? Can we move through them? And to practice, to get feedback, and then to be inspired by other people, and learn and grow together. And, again, I just think, like, let's lead together. Why are we trying to do all this stuff on our own by ourselves? Like, stop it. Right? We can do this together. And the retreat retreat isn't just like, how do you lead one retreat? It's maybe getting over the hump of the fear to do the first one.

Marli Williams [:

But once you do one, you're like, where else do we wanna go? What else do we wanna experience? What else do I wanna create?

Already have enrollments for the next one, and I'm already faking 2025. I have 2 out of 3 already tentatively planned. It's transformed my business. Like, it was just like, that's how powerful it is. And, like, I feel like we can't understate it enough, like, overstate it enough. Like, it's not hyperbolic to say what the power of retreats are. They transform people's lives. Like, you get to be away from your life and reflect on things inside of your life and actually have the space to decide how you feel about it and make change and take action if you want to.

Brittney King [:

I just feel so supported by the work that we created in retreat retreat. And, like, the thing that retreat retreat does that's different is, like, it really teaches you also about facilitation, which is not what I saw in any of the other like, let me teach you how to fill your retreat. Like, here's a workshop or worksheet or whatever. Like, they did not talk about that transformation and how to facilitate in a way that powerfully creates change for people. And so I'm I'm here in the change business. I'm all about the change. So to have that resource was 10 out of 10, would do again, telling all the people you should go. And for anybody who's on the fence, like, the time is now.

Brittney King [:

People are waiting for you. People are waiting for you. They're waiting for your medicine. They're waiting for your wisdom. They're waiting for your love. They're waiting for the community that they know they will find by coming to your experience. Like, they're ready. They're waiting.

Brittney King [:

You just have to believe in yourself enough to say yes.

Marli Williams [:

She said it all, folks. That's the truth. Just say yes to yourself to your big crazy dreams. That's what it's all about. To the next retreat retreat, at this moment of recording, there's 2 spots left for the retreat retreat coming up outside of Bend, Oregon, May 15th through 19th. And, again, if you have a calling on your heart, it is not too late to make this shit happen. And for those that want to go on retreat, Brittney, do you wanna talk about what your next retreat is all about and, let let the people know they can plan ahead? You can come to the retreat retreat. You can go to God's Brittney King's retreat.

Marli Williams [:

Retreats are the jam. Tell the people.

Brittney King [:

You could do it all. You could do it all. So for those women who are seeking support and connecting to their truth and their pleasure, I would love to invite you to come to Permission. Permission to be all of who you are and love all of who you are. And it is hosted just outside of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico at the luxury, beautiful retreat center that I found. It is the Ritz Carlton of retreat centers, High Vibe Foods, amazing bodywork. It is the jam, and I would love, love, love to have you. So if you're interested, you can go to my website, goddess brittney, b r I t t n e y, king, and put your name on the wait list.

Brittney King [:

Marli Williams [:

Permission granted, baby. Let's do it. Brittney, you are the jam. You're one of my favorite humans. I'm so, so grateful for you, and thank you for just being willing to share what that experience was like and going through the retreat portal. And for those listening, we we really do hope that you got value out of really thinking about what this calling on your heart is and knowing, like, to not let another year or 2 or 5 or 10 go by saying, I'll do it next time or I'll do it next year. Like Brittney said, now is the time, and there are people out there that are waiting for you. So thank you for vibing with us today.

Marli Williams [:
